So I want to preface this by saying we LOVE Hydrant products. They truly make a difference in how we feel throughout the day. They're a little pricy, especially if you drink more than one a day, but I do feel the price is worth the feeling. The discount per package with the automatic delivery is terrific, plus it pushes you to make sure you USE the packets daily. I will say there were a few hiccups for us, which brings the review from 5 stars to 4 -- changing the requested flavor online, but still receiving the same one over and over, and one occurrence where USPS states it was delivered but it wasn't (that part isn't Hydrant's fault), and one package that when I tracked shipment suddenly said it was being returned to sender. So, a few snags and frustrations. That said, when I finally reached out to customer service about a flavor swap, they were SO quick to respond and super sweet. 10/10 for their customer service reps! We'll continue to enjoy these amazing products, but will probably choose to get the discount via the bundle options instead of automatic monthly shipments once this prepaid term ends.
