    I drink more water now that I have Hydrant. The only flavour that is not quite to my liking is the lemon/lime. The Fruit Punch and Blood Orange are fantastic! I tend to be chronically dehydrated, so Hydrant has helped me to get the liquids I need plus the esstential electrolytes.

    Tastes great! I sometimes add it to iced tea or lemonade. Mostly I drink it as is. So far I've been drinking 1. 5 teaspoons per day. I mix it with 16-18oz of H2O & add more water throughout the day. Sometimes dumping some into my other drinks. I haven't tried coffee yet but the thought is there. 😄 More Energy, More Clarity in my mind. Gluten Intolerant, F, 61yrs, Not Fit 😁

    At last!

    Can't stand the taste of stevia or any artificial sweetners - so I was thrilled to find Hydrant. The flavors are great. I'm a bartender/server and busy nights really require great hydration - I have given up the higher sugar vitamin drinks in favor of Hydrant and a bottle of water - less calories and less money, a win-win deal. And the best thing is they taste great but are not overly sweet. I've tried many hydration powders in the past and Hydrant is the only one I continue to use.
