The flavors are great. The hydration boost I get is exactly what I need.
I have POTS which means I need 10-12g of salt per day. Unfortunately, the brands with higher sodium all use stevia, which I hate, or have too much sugar/not enough electrolytes. Hydrant tastes amazing and has just the right amount of sugar. I follow LMNT’s recipe for a homemade bulk unflavored electrolyte mix and add 1tsp to a liter of water with a Hydrant packet and scoop of citrus lemonade clear protein. The Hydrant masks the stevia taste from my protein and keeps my blood volume with the added electrolytes. I looooooved the lemon flavored caffeine variety as well, but had to quit caffeine due to medical issues.
The best part about Hydrant is the customer service. I’ve been drinking Hydrant for 6 years and had some issues with packaging that Hydrant remedied quickly with a replacement. Zero complaints about this company and their products, but I do wish there was a POTS version with hella sodium!
I have spoiled myself and now require a glass of water with hydrant first thing in the morning. No other electrolyte powder has been sufficient for me—they’re either too bold in flavor or too sweet or salty. Hydrant is the best tasting hydration on the market. It's not sweetened with artificial sweeteners, so there's no stevia aftertaste. It also isn't overly sweet to begin with. After drinking Hydrant, I can hardly stand the other brands any more!
They continually show the same default picture. I tried what was shown but not wild about those flavors. I have ordered an additional group of flavors to see if they were more likable.
