I drink more water now that I have Hydrant. The only flavour that is not quite to my liking is the lemon/lime. The Fruit Punch and Blood Orange are fantastic! I tend to be chronically dehydrated, so Hydrant has helped me to get the liquids I need plus the esstential electrolytes.
My wife and I have been taking it for a month now. We feel great and we love the taste.
Tastes terrible. I like the watermelon, but the overall flavor and extreme salt flavor is gross. I’ve tried others that taste better. I can send the rest back if you could refund me. I tried two.
