hydrant sent me this as a free add on in my normal packet order and I'm actually glad they did. it's really nice to have an option for electrolytes with REAL sugar but not a TON of it. I normally use the monk fruit sweetened packets but this summer on my longer runs/power lifting workouts I started to use this powder since sugar can allow for faster electrolyte absorption and I needed the tiny bit of carbs during my workouts. the flavor is great. I can't stress enough that I'm so happy that this uses real sugar but isn't loaded with it like other brands. I'm totally a hydrant convert.
I searched for literally months to find an electrolyte powder without stevia. I live with POTS and chronic migraines, and stevia triggers my migraines! I love the hydrate brand. it honestly tastes very good and has helped me keep my POTS flares at bay. I'm eagerly waiting more flavors to come out.

Title says it all. Best on the market, LOVE THE NO STEVIA, Liquid IV will never be in my house again.
Honestly insanely good, I dont normally get on the hype of things but the fact I can drink 2-5 of these a day is great. NOT overly sugary. NO STEVIA, and not 1000 mgs of salt. Honestly cant complain, bought more immediately.
