Kevin is demonstrating adrill that will helpanticipate the balls arrivaland be prepared torespondversus being surprised upon arrival. You can practice often, on various surfaces, and with different balls that will impact how quickly it bounces.
Drop the ball, jump into split step position
Put the weight in the balls of your feed
Have your paddle out and ready
Make contact when the ball is in front of you
